Rules and Regulations

• Accepted File Types: PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WEBP, and BMP.
• Artwork Quality:
  • Due to our laser marking process, we are unable to engrave fine lines, dots, highly detailed designs, or text smaller than 10 pt font.
  • Logos must be at least 300 px (width or height), excluding whitespace.
  • High-resolution or vector files are preferred for best results.
• Logo Engraving Details:
  • Logos will appear in stainless steel only (no color printing).
  • Logos will be engraved on the front side of the tumbler, approximately 3.0” x 5.1” (7.62 cm x 12.95 cm).
  • We are unable to crop, edit, or add colors to submitted logos.
• Image Guidelines:
  • A high-resolution logo with a white background and black/dark foreground is recommended for best results. Logos with low contrast or white elements on transparent backgrounds will not convert properly.
• Production Timeline:
  • This is a “Pre-Order” event- all orders will be collected from approved dealers beginning May 1st with accepted orders closing on May 15th 2025.
  • Expected delivery timeline 2 weeks from the close of this special event offer.
