If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a generous 30-day window from the moment you receive your Bob The Cooler Co. product to initiate a return. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition - unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy. Customer Responsibility for Returns & Shipping Costs

Please note that while we hope you are delighted with your order, if you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, Bob The Cooler Co. will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team promptly for assistance and to facilitate your return.

To ensure a smooth return process, please take great care to return the item in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. This means that the item should show no signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration. We strongly recommend packaging the product carefully to prevent damage during transit, ideally reusing the original shipping materials. It is important to understand that your refund may be affected if the item does not meet our return standards. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the product is received in a condition that does not comply with our policy. Please make sure the product is well-protected and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Initiate a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact us at support@bobscool.com. We will gladly review and approve your return if your Bob The Cooler Co. item or product is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, in accordance with our return and refund policy. Final Sale, Discounts & Gift Card Policy

Please be aware that all sales are final for items purchased at a discounted price, using a discount code, or during a sale, as well as for all Bob The Cooler Co. gift cards. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Your understanding of this policy allows us to continue offering special savings to all our customers. Please note that sale or discounted items and gift cards are final sales with no returns.

If you are looking for an exchange, the easiest option is to return your current purchase. Once we receive and process your return, you can proceed to make a new purchase. Kindly be aware that the customer assumes responsibility for covering any incurred expenses related to return shipping, unless the items are received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Getting Your Refund

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, expect to receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
