Bob the Cooler Co, LLC
Bob the Cooler Co, LLC processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders that arrive before 2 pm PST are eligible for same-day shipping.
Our Order Processing Time ranges from the same day to 3 days, so orders placed on Friday after 2 pm will ship the next business day.
We do not ship on recognized national holidays.
Customers will receive tracking information via email.
All shipping is included in the retail price on orders over $50.00.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate the return process, please contact us at support@bobscool.com. We will gladly review and approve your return if your Bob The Cooler Co. item or product is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, in accordance with our return and refund policy. If the item was indeed shipped in error, we will provide a dedicated return shipping label with clear instructions for returning the product at our expense.
Please note that while we hope you are delighted with your order, if you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, Bob The Cooler Co. will cover the return shipping costs.
